Venkatesh Raman will share his experience in teaching Algorithms to a wide spectrum of audience from teachers (in faculty development program) to undergraduate and even senior level high school students.

The talk will include ways of introducing the subject ("the first lecture") to motivate and keep the attention of students, and ways of introducing various data structures in a problem solving mode.
